The Global New York Chamber of Commerce is a 501(c)(6) trade association dedicated to advancing American enterprise on the global stage. Anchored in New York City - the intersection of global finance and international diplomacy, we provide corporate leaders, sovereign delegations, and growth enterprises with direct trade representation. We leverage our institutional expertise to assist members in navigating complex international regulatory environments and establishing direct relationships with public-sector decision-makers worldwide.
Operationally, we convert this institutional access into tangible commercial results. The Chamber assists members in driving bilateral trade, expanding U.S. exports, and attracting compliant foreign direct investment (FDI) across strategic global corridors. Through targeted initiatives like our U.S. Critical Minerals Supply Chain Task Force, we help private enterprise and institutional partners secure non-FEOC critical minerals and rare earth elements (REEs), aligning commercial strategy with national supply chain security.

Formally established as a non-partisan 501(c)(6) trade association under U.S. federal and New York State law, the Global New York Chamber of Commerce serves the New York Metropolitan Area and key international commercial corridors, acting as a premier gateway for bilateral trade and commercial statecraft. Governed by an independent Board of Directors and executed by an Executive Secretariat, we maintain high standards of fiscal integrity and strategic oversight across all operations. Across every task force initiative and international engagement, the Chamber operates with strict political neutrality and unwavering adherence to U.S. export controls, FCPA guidelines, and international trade compliance standards.
