Suspension and Discretionary Termination

The Chamber reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, revoke, or terminate a user’s access to the website, digital portals, event participation, or general platform engagement at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. In the context of formal membership, the Chamber retains the right to cancel or revoke any membership status, committee appointment, or institutional designation in accordance with Chamber bylaws or governing membership agreements. Termination of access or revocation of membership does not entitle the user or entity to any refund of previously paid dues or fees.

Intellectual Property and Representative Media

All content, branding, media, and published materials on this site are the property of the Chamber or its respective licensors. Site materials may contain technical errors or typographical inaccuracies and are subject to ongoing updates and corrections. All media files, photographs, videos, and graphics utilized across the platform serve illustrative, representative purposes and may not depict actual individuals, sovereign delegations, or specific commercial proceedings.

Membership Agreements and Non-Refundable Payments

Access to official Chamber tiers, task forces, and bilateral committees is governed by a separate, formal Membership Agreement. Membership status is activated only upon full execution of said agreement by all parties and receipt of required dues. All financial transactions, membership dues, sponsorship fees, and service charges rendered to the Chamber, whether processed in full or partial payments, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

No Retainer or Professional Relationship

Payments made to the Chamber, including membership dues, sponsorship fees, access fees, or event contributions, do not constitute a professional retainer, client retainer, or fee for legal, financial, investment, or brokerage services. Payment grants access strictly to Chamber membership benefits, networking platforms, and institutional resources as explicitly outlined in standard Chamber documentation. Participation in Chamber initiatives creates no fiduciary, advisory, agency, or broker-dealer relationship between the Chamber and any party. The Chamber is not a licensed broker-dealer, investment advisor, or legal practice, and assumes no obligation to perform custom consulting, deal execution, or individualized advisory services unless governed by a separate, fully executed Master Services Agreement or Scope of Work signed by an authorized officer of the Secretariat. Users and members expressly waive any claims for restitution, damages, or refunds based on implied service expectations or alleged retainer obligations.

Communications, Privacy, and User Responsibilities

Information handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
